Settings are: Currently I am trying to snap some basic wireframe lines in increments along my document every 46mm (I will need the 0.1mm subdivisions later!) but my lines are not snapping to any part of the grid.

Further explanation: I use shortcut for both: CTRL + SHIFT + ALT + G to toggle the grid visibility, and CTRL + SHIFT + ALT + 1 to toggle snap to grid.
